Cancellation Policy – 208 Trailer Rental LLC

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while protecting our schedule and equipment availability.

48 hours or more before your scheduled rental: Full refund.

24 to 48 hours before your scheduled rental: A 25% cancellation fee will apply (75% refund).

Less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental (before the rental date): A 50% cancellation fee will apply (50% refund).

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we're happy to work with you. Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.

In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we may make exceptions at our sole discretion. By booking with 208 Trailer Rental LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
