Do I need to meet someone for pickup or return?
No. After booking, you’ll receive automated texts and emails with your confirmation and pickup instructions. When you arrive at your assigned location, tap Start Booking to complete check-in and receive your lockbox code. Grab the keys, unlock the trailer, and go—pickup and return are fully self-service.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule, cancel, or request an extension directly through your booking confirmation link. For full cancellation details, please see the Cancellation Policy page in the footer.
What if I have a problem during my rental?
